Need to Update Your Payment Information?
You can update your credit card information easily from your account by following the steps below!
Updating Your Credit Card on File
First, you will need to log into your marketplace and go to your Billing page. You can access your billing information by clicking on the blue icon in the top right corner of your marketplace, and selecting Billing from the dropdown menu (note - if you have a marketplace logo added, you will see your marketplace logo instead of the blue icon).

This will bring you to your billing page! Here under the Your Subscriptions section, you will find your currently active subscriptions (as well as a record of any previously canceled subscriptions). Click on the Update Card button to update your payment method.

Once you select the Update Card button on the subscription you wish to update, you will see a pop-up window prompting you to update your credit card. From here you can enter the details for your new payment method and hit the Update button!
Your payment will update automatically within a few seconds! You should see the new payment method reflected on your subscription where the payment information is displayed. If not, please be sure to refresh your Billing page.

Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to update each subscription separately - as updating a credit card for one subscription does not automatically update it for any additional subscriptions.

Q: What if my SamCart subscription is connected to my PayPal account, but I need to switch to a card (or vice versa)?
A: At this time, there is no option to switch between credit cards or PayPal payment methods from your dashboard. Please reach out to billing@samcart.com and we would be happy to assist you with the process of setting up this new subscription with the updated payment method.
Q: I need to update my card connected to my PayPal account. How do I do that?
A: To change the payment method being charged through your PayPal, you will need to update that directly within your PayPal account. PayPal explains how to complete this process here in their help documentation! If you need any additional assistance with how to do that, please contact billing@samcart.com.
