Communicate helpful instructions to customers immediately after a purchase!
The Custom Message product setting allows you to deliver critical information to your customers with a simple message that can be included in the header of the Order Summary page. The customer will see this message immediately after purchasing your product.
For example, this short message could be used to instruct your customer to check their email to see additional information about their next steps, direct your customer to your support channels, or simply thank them.
Adding a Custom Message
This setting is located in the Product Details tab of a product's settings, in the Order Redirect section.
This setting will only be available if the Order Redirect Destination setting above it is set to "Order Summary."
Once turned on, the Custom Message will appear at the top of the Order Summary page beneath the order number:

Q: Are there any restrictions for what can be included in the Custom Message?
A: The Custom Message character limit is 70. Emojis are supported, but images, gifs, and videos are not.
Q: Will the Custom Message appear on Order Receipt emails sent to customers?
A: No, it will only appear on the Order Summary page shown to customers after they complete a purchase. If you would like to include a similar message in your Order Receipt emails, you can customize the Order Receipt email in each product's Product Settings or globally in your Marketplace Settings.
