Choosing the Right Plan
Core is a great fit if you're getting started selling online. You get unlimited products, checkout pages, course delivery, AI tools, and everything you need to launch and make sales. Core uses SamPay, Stripe and PayPal for payment processing with no additional platform fees.
Pro is built for sellers who are ready to maximize revenue. You unlock powerful conversion tools like 1-Click Upsells, Order Bumps, A/B Testing, the Affiliate Center, and Subscription Saver — plus the option to connect third-party payment processors like Authorize.net and Braintree. If you're actively growing and want every tool to increase average order value and customer lifetime value, Pro is for you.
Enterprise is designed for high-volume businesses that need dedicated support, custom processing rates, unlimited team seats, and multi-tier affiliate capabilities. Contact our sales team to learn more about Enterprise pricing and setup.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade from Core to Pro at any time directly from your account. Navigate to the Account icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard, then select Settings > Billing. From there, you can view your current plan and choose to upgrade.

Payment Processing
All plans include SamPay (SamCart's built-in processor), Stripe and PayPal at no additional platform fees. The standard SamPay and Stripe rate is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on Core and Pro plans. Enterprise customers receive the best available rate.
Pro and Enterprise plans also give you the option to connect third-party processors like Braintree, Authorize.net, and Easy Pay Direct. There may be fees associated with using third-party processors based on your sales volume. We are currently allowing new customers on Pro and Enterprise plans to use third-party processors without additional platform fees. If that changes, we will always give you plenty of notice.
On the Core plan, you can use SamPay, Stripe and PayPal, which currently have no additional platform fees. If that changes, we will always give you plenty of notice.
AI Tools and Usage
All plans include access to SamCart's full suite of AI tools: Sam AI Assistant, AI Marketing Designer, AI Docs Designer, and AI Page Designer. We are currently allowing all customers to use AI tools without restrictions as we continue rolling out these new plans. If AI usage limits or charges are introduced in the future, we will give you plenty of notice in advance.
Legacy Plans
If you signed up for SamCart before the current plan structure, you may be on one of our previous plans (Launch, Grow, Scale, or the original SamCart plan). These plans are no longer available to new customers, but existing customers can stay on their current plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm already a SamCart customer on an older plan. Will I be migrated to the new plans?
A: No. Existing customers are not being migrated to the new plan structure. You can stay on your current plan. If you'd like to switch to one of the new plans, reach out to support@samcart.com and our team will walk you through your options.
Q: What happened to the old SamCart plans (Launch, Grow, Scale)?
A: Those plans have been replaced by our current Core, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. They are no longer available to new customers. If you're currently on one of those plans, you can keep it — check out our Legacy Plans Reference for details.
Q: How do I upgrade from Core to Pro?
A: Navigate to Settings > Billing from your dashboard. You'll see your current plan and an option to upgrade. The change takes effect immediately, and you'll have instant access to all Pro features.
Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
A: Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your Settings > Billing page. Choosing annual billing saves you 25%.
Q: I'm on a legacy plan. What happens if I cancel and reactivate later?
A: If you cancel a legacy plan (Launch, Grow, Scale, or Core Legacy), that plan and its pricing are not preserved. When you reactivate, you'll be placed on the current plan that matches your previous tier — Launch and Core Legacy customers are mapped to Core, while Grow and Scale customers are mapped to Pro. This change is permanent. If you're considering canceling, reach out to support@samcart.com first — we may be able to help.
Q: Do processing fees come with my plan?
A: Your monthly subscription is separate from payment processing fees. All plans include SamPay, Stripe and PayPal with no additional platform fees. Q: Will my price increase over time?
