Here's how it works...
Setting Up a Checkout Delay
Start by heading to your Products tab. Select any product (or create a new one!)
Click on the Advanced Settings tab and scroll down to the Advanced section:
In the Delay Checkout Form Load box, enter how long (in seconds) you would like to delay the checkout form from loading. In the below example, the customer would not see the checkout fields until 25 seconds after they land on the page:
Save Changes and that's it! You've successfully set up a Checkout Delay.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use this feature to hide the checkout form completely?
A: Unfortunately, this will not completely hide the Checkout form. However, you can put “9999999999999999999999999999999” for the maximum seconds for it to delay the checkout form from appearing.
