Q: How do I get images in my Image Library?
A: As shown in the video above, when you drag an Image widget onto your page, you will be shown the option to either upload from your computer, or use an image already in the Library. When you upload a picture once in SamCart, you can always find it in your Image Library moving forward! Watch the above video to learn more.
Q: Why isn't the image I uploaded to the Product Details tab appearing on my checkout page?
A: The Product Image field of the Product Details tab will not appear on your checkout page. However, that specific "product image" will appear on the Order Summary screen after someone finalizes their purchase.
Q: How do I replace an image in a pre-generated template?
A: Start by selecting the image that you want to replace in the pre-generated template and click on the trash icon found on the right-hand side of your screen. Once you do that, you will be given the option to upload an image from either your computer or your Image Library.
